ecomspy Pro plan access is charged at $25 per month. All Pro plan payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate ecomspy before upgrading to Pro.
The ecomspy Pro plan is not auto-renewed. There is no automatic recurring charge. Each month you choose to continue, you manually initiate the payment. You will never be charged without your explicit action.
If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate payment, technical fault, or unauthorised transaction), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve any verified billing errors promptly.
