ecomspy Pro plan access is charged at $25 per month on a recurring basis. All Pro plan payments — including recurring renewal charges — are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase you agree to this policy.
We encourage you to use the Free plan to evaluate ecomspy before upgrading to Pro.
The ecomspy Pro plan is a recurring subscription billed automatically every 30 days from your original purchase date, until cancelled. Your payment method is charged each billing cycle without further action from you.
If you believe you have been charged in error (duplicate charge, technical fault, or unauthorised transaction), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and resolve any verified billing errors promptly.
